Bill Would Make High Court Races Nonpartisan

WVNS 59 reports here that under a new proposed bill, Senate Bill 190, West Virginia's Supreme Court candidates would seek office in nonpartisan campaigns in 2008. It's a great idea, long overdue, and has the support of State Bar President Charles Love.
